I247 Group are a Fleet Service Partner that specialises in providing outsourced contact managed services to Fleet and Leasing organisations.

 

How do we receive and process your information?

 

Our services assist Leasing and Fleet Management organisations with the administration of their driver & vehicle safety programs. We often work on the behalf of our customers as a service partner and therefore in order to provide our services we require access to vehicle and sometimes basic contact information to communicate with drivers about their vehicle services e.g. to arrange for periodic maintenance and repairs, to update drivers on the progress of a job or to advise them when the vehicle is ready to be collected etc. The data we process is in relation to the vehicle management services we provide to the driver, to their employer if they have a company car and the leasing / fleet management partner the vehicle is funded by or maintained with.

 

There are a variety of ways in which we come into the possession of personal information, such as when you visit our website, interact with us or when you contact us directly.

 

The Group is responsible for any information collected from you via this website. Our associated brands; itms247™, Yoursay247™ and Activate247™ may also have access to your information in order to manage that information and to provide you with information and services requested by you.
